INFORMATION AND DECLARATIONS

  • The nature and method of the proposed micropigmentation procedure were explained to me as having risks inherent to the procedure and also the possibility of complications during and after the procedure. I understand that there is some discomfort and that it is not painless. Thus, like other adverse side effects, small temporary bleeding, bruising, redness, or other discoloration and swelling may occur in individuals prone to this problem. Fading or loss of pigment may occur. Secondary infections in the area of the procedure may occur if care is not taken.

  •  The technical terms have been explained and all my doubts have been clarified by the professional who will perform the procedures.

  •  I undertake to follow all the guidelines and make use of all products contained in my home prescription, respecting the times indicated in the use, exempting in this act the aesthetic professionals involved in the procedure, in the hypotheses of my exclusive fault.

  • I also record that in this act I have received in writing all the post-procedure instructions that I must follow in continuance of the treatment, as well as I am aware that this obligation of result will be subordinated to my behavior and discipline after the aesthetic treatment.

  • I also express my agreement and spontaneous willingness to submit to said treatment, assuming responsibility and risks for possible undesirable effects arising.

  • The procedure and all the implications made of it have been clarified to me and I am aware of my responsibilities as to the reactions which they may present.

  • I agree with the colors of pigments and products that were selected for the procedure.

  • It has been clarified by the professional in question that the pigment (special ink used in the procedure) after the cicatrization, may suffer color changes, due to the individual influence of the inflammatory process and the varied skin tones of each individual.

  • It should be clarified that in the case of the use of the microblading technique, the trace made may slightly smoke or even increase its gauge, in case of enlargement. These phenomena are associated with oily or thicker (thick) skins being considered normal and do not compromise in quality of the final result of the work developed.

  • It should not be forgotten that the use of cosmetic or acid derma diminishes the durability and vigor of the applied color, even if not applied on the micropigmentation performed. In this case, it will be necessary to return, when desired, for the exclusive account of the client, since the work developed had direct interference in its durability.

  • During the healing process, it is necessary to use products that will be informed by the professional, as well as keep the place clean, and free of creams and smears, avoiding sun, sea pool, and sauna for 10 days.
